Ludovico Einaudi has had a prolific career. He is known for his sophisticated, emotional music, and ability to reach an audience. Einaudi’s greatest works will charm you as you witness a Candlelight concert set amidst the glow of hundreds of flickering candles.
The Intouchables, Nomadland, and The Father are some of the critically acclaimed films you may have heard Einaudi’s familiar melodies in. This spring, the award-winning composer’s introspective works are being recreated by a talented pianist at an unforgettable performance in Stockholm.
Einaudi was classically trained by Luciano Berio at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan. From Berio, he learned to have an open-minded attitude towards music; this lesson is one that Einaudi has certainly carried with him throughout his career. The composer’s unique style has led him to incorporate classical, rock, pop, and folk music into his work.
The spectacular performance will feature covers of compositions including Primavera, I Giorni, Nuvole Bianche, and many more spellbinding melodies. Sit back, relax and take in your surroundings as a talented pianist serenades you with the very best of Ludovico Einaudi at Eric Ericsonhallen.
After having enormous success around the world—in cities like London, Manchester, Madrid, Barcelona, and Paris—Candlelight brings its unique experience to Stockholm to pay tribute to one of the most popular and influential pianists in the world.
The concerts have been met by countless 5-star reviews, and guests have called it “a creative, enchanting, and new concert experience.”
Note: For the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
